Analytics detect a person or vehicle entering your property during lockdown hours and push the event straight to a live monitoring agent — filtering out wildlife, weather and headlights.
An operator looks at it
The agent reviews the live video within seconds and decides whether it's a legitimate visitor, a false trigger or a genuine intruder.
A voice on your site
Through installed loudspeakers, the agent speaks directly to the intruder — describing them and their location and warning that police are on the way. Most leave immediately.

If they don't leave, the agent calls the authorities and describes exactly what is happening on your property right now — a verified, in-progress event, not an unverified alarm.

Can you use the cameras I already have?
In many cases, yes. If your existing system supports ONVIF, analytics and remote access, we can often add live monitoring to it. We'll review your setup during the consultation and tell you honestly what works and what needs upgrading.
What hours are you watching?
You choose. Most customers run monitoring outside business hours, on weekends and over holidays — the times nobody should be on site. Around-the-clock coverage is available too.
What does the operator actually say?
The warning is specific: what the person is wearing, where they are standing, and that they are being recorded and police have been called. Being described out loud is what makes people leave.
How is this different from an alarm?
An alarm tells you something happened. Video monitoring puts a trained person on the live picture, so a real intruder gets an immediate response and a raccoon doesn't cost you a false-alarm fee.
